For services as an officiant at your wedding, travel and time, Bishop Owens shall receive an honorarium from the couple in the following amounts:

FOR AN ELOPEMENT: $100
These are simple ceremonies in which the minister meets with the couple with or without a witnesses at a residence, park or other Greater Cincinnati location of the couple's choosing.  Elopements are based on availabity and are scheduled within 48 hours of the ceremony. Included in this package are the minister's services in filing the proper paperwork with your county's probate judge. This is an informal ceremony.

FOR A WEDDING WITHOUT REHEARSAL: $200
This is a formal or informal wedding scheduled in advance to secure the availability of the minister. The minister will arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to run through the ceremony if needed at no extra charge. Unlimited email and phone communication are of no additional cost to the couple in preparation for the ceremony. Included in this package are the minister's services in filing the proper paperwork with your county's probate judge. A $50 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the ceremony date and time and will be subtracted from the balance. The balance shall be paid in full within 7 days of the wedding.

FOR A WEDDING WITH A REHEARSAL: $300
Some more formal and involved ceremonies require a rehearsal on a night prior to the wedding. Often, these are more for the participants than the officiant/minister. The minister will have his part of the ceremony prepared and simply need to be advised as to when to begin, end and pause for songs during the ceremony. The minister will be happy to attend the rehearsal at the discretion of the couple. In instances where there is no director, the minister will assist in that role at no extra charge. Unlimited email and phone communication are of no additional cost to the couple in preparation for the ceremony. Included in this package are the minister's services in filing the proper paperwork with your county's probate judge. A $50 non-refundable deposit is needed to to secure the ceremony date and time and will be subtracted from the balance. The balance shall be paid in full within 7 days of the wedding.

FOR COUNSELING: $55 per 1 hour session
Pre-marital counseling is NOT required, but available. Minister Owens is not a psychologist or licensed counselor. However, he is trained and has many years experience in pastoral, biblical and spiritual counseling. He would be happy to serve those desiring counseling.

FOR TRAVEL: $.50 per mile outside of Greater Cincinnati after the first 30 miles which are included.
